Signals capabilities
Enriched and hashed
Email and phone are normalised and SHA-256 hashed before sending, together with click IDs and the browser user agent where the platform requires it.
Deduplicated with your pixel
Each event carries the same event ID that the platform's own pixel sends, so the platform removes the duplicate.
Reliable delivery
An outbox queues every event, retries with backoff, and pauses a destination when its token stops working instead of failing silently.
Consent respected
Each destination follows the workspace consent policy or sends only events with explicit consent.

What to know
- Signals is switched on per account — ask us to enable it.
- Each destination needs an access token that you generate in the platform's events manager and paste into Deltryx.
- The Snapchat and TikTok senders are built to the platforms' documentation and awaiting verification on a live account.
- Google offline conversion upload is not active: it requires a developer token and conversion action that are not yet in place.
- Audience sync to ad platforms needs write permissions and is not active.
Questions, answered plainly
Is personal data sent in clear text?
No. Identifiers are normalised and hashed with SHA-256 before they leave Deltryx.
Will conversions be double counted?
Not when the platform pixel is installed with the shared event ID: the platform deduplicates the browser and server event.
