Plan changes are prorated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and your data is never deleted because a plan ends.

What happens when the trial ends?
Your workspace becomes read-only: you can still see and export everything, and choosing a plan restores full access.
What if we go over the monthly event limit?
We keep collecting your data — tracking gaps cannot be recovered later. The overage is flagged to you and to us, and we talk about the right plan.
Which currencies can my workspace use?
Each workspace reports in its own currency, such as SAR, AED, KWD or EGP, with daily exchange rates. Plan prices are shown in the currency set in the catalogue.
Do you offer discounts for agencies?
The Agency plan is built for many client workspaces. Contact us if your needs fall outside its limits.
