1. The service
Deltryx provides software for collecting, reconciling and analysing marketing and sales data. Features, limits and their current status are described on this website and in the product; some features depend on third-party approvals or credentials and are labelled accordingly.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the actions of members you invite. We recommend enabling two-step verification for every member.
3. Your data
You keep all rights to the data you bring into Deltryx. You grant us the permissions needed to host, process and display it to provide the service. Where your data includes personal data of others, you are responsible for having a lawful basis and for informing them, including through your own privacy notice and consent tools.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, to collect data without a lawful basis, to probe or attack the service or other customers, to reverse engineer it, or to resell it without our agreement.
5. Trials, plans and payment
Trials last for the period shown at sign-up. Paid plans renew for the chosen interval until cancelled. Plan changes are prorated; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. When a trial or plan ends, the workspace becomes read-only and data remains available to export.
6. Estimates and decisions
Deltryx labels model outputs as estimates and shows their uncertainty. Decisions about budgets and campaigns remain yours; the service provides information and proposals, not guarantees of results.
7. Third-party platforms
Connections to stores, ad platforms and other services are subject to those platforms' own terms and availability. We are not responsible for changes or outages on their side.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change or retire features; when a change materially reduces the service you pay for, we will tell you in advance.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. On request, we delete your organisation's data after giving you the chance to export it.
